What You’ll Be Doing
The Discover BA programme will give you a unique introduction to life at British Airways and the wider aviation industry. These short placements offer a real taste of what it’s like to work at British Airways, helping you explore potential career paths while building valuable experience for the future. During the programme you’ll have the chance to connect with our teams, ask questions, and start building a professional network to support your future career! Please see below the different programmes we will be running in 2027:

Who We’re Looking For
This opportunity is open to first- and second-year university students from any discipline who are eager to learn more about our business and the aviation industry. We are looking for those who are motivated, ambitious and interested in pursuing a career in aviation.
