Responsibilities

• Our FM consulting and procurement team who form part of the REFIM (Real Estate, Facilities and Infrastructure Management) is seeking an enthusiastic and self-confident individual who is able to absorb information and learn new techniques quickly. The successful candidate will have an open mind and a can-do attitude.
• The REFIM FM Consultancy team act for both Occupier and Investor clients and are an exciting and expanding team and have worked for a wide range of clients on both a local, national and global scale.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Provide Support for consultancy team
• Support for the procurement team
• Data analysis and research for the Advisory team
• Developing data models and maintaining them
• Administration support
• Support with Marketing and Sales

Qualifications

Essential

• Degree educated
• Good written and verbal English
• High levels of attention to detail
• Numerate
• Very IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good People skills
• Able to manage data with good analytical skills
• Methodical in approach and thinking
• Flexibility to travel and meeting deadlines
• Needs to be able to work on their own initiative as well as contribute as a member of a wider team

Desirable

• Facilities management (FM) knowledge preferred
• Client facing work experience
• Report writing
• Professional practice experience
