Corporate Knowledge Lawyer | Manchester National Corporate Team | Legal Innovation & AI | Knowledge-Focused Role | Excellent Career Development We are working with a highly regarded national law firm looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join its growing national Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Corporate solicitor looking to move into a knowledge-focused role, combining strong technical legal expertise with legal technology, AI, innovation and knowledge management. The Opportunity You will:
- Provide technical legal support and guidance to lawyers across the Corporate team
- Develop, maintain and enhance corporate precedents, know-how resources and automated document suites
- Deliver engaging legal updates, training sessions and thought leadership to colleagues and clients
- Capture and analyse know-how from transactions to support continuous improvement across the practice
- Champion the use of legal technology, document automation and AI
- Work closely with Knowledge, Technology and Digital teams on innovation projects
- Support business development activity, including pitches, tenders and client-facing materials
- Monitor legal, regulatory, policy and market developments and identify opportunities to enhance client services
- Play an active role in shaping how the Corporate team delivers legal services through knowledge and innovation
- Established and growing national Corporate practice
- Collaborative Knowledge team working closely with lawyers across the business
- Strong focus on legal technology, AI, innovation and process improvement
