Sales Manager – Wokingham Salary: £40,000 Basic Salary

OTE: £65,000+

Location: Wokingham Hours: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a successful automotive sales team in Wokingham. You will be responsible for driving performance, developing your team, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive vehicle sales, finance penetration, and profitability across the department.
• Monitor and manage individual and team performance against agreed targets.
• Recruit, coach, and support sales executives to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention levels.
• Manage stock levels and vehicle displays to maximise sales opportunities.
• Oversee sales processes and ensure compliance with company and FCA guidelines.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and departmental reports.
• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and objectives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record of delivering sales results and driving profitability.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to perform in a target-driven environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Package * £40,000 Basic Salary

* £65,000+ OTE
