Recruitment Business Development Consultant

The Role

This is a business development-focused position where your success will be measured by your ability to generate new business, develop client relationships and grow our presence across the local market.

You will:

* Generate new business through outbound sales calls, networking, referrals and client visits.
* Identify prospective clients and secure new recruitment partnerships.
* Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Attend client meetings, present recruitment solutions and negotiate terms of business.
* Manage your sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
* Work closely with our recruitment team, allowing you to focus on developing new and existing client accounts.

About You

You'll have recruitment or B2B sales experience with a proven track record of winning new business. You'll be confident making outbound sales calls, networking and attending client meetings, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll be self-motivated, organised, target-driven and able to manage your own pipeline. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
