Coordinating EHCP reviews, annual reviews, and statutory processes
Monitoring student progress and implementing targeted interventions where required
Advising teachers on adaptive teaching strategies and inclusive classroom practice
Collaborating with parents, carers, and external professionals to secure positive outcomes
Evaluating provision regularly to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate for this Bromley School: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with successful classroom teaching experience
Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination or is willing to complete it
Demonstrates strong knowledge of SEND legislation and statutory responsibilities
