Working in a busy contact centre environment, successful applicants will part of a friendly team answering varied call types and resolving where appropriate. Working various shifts between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, we are looking for applicants who want to make a real difference to our residents The role is currently completely office based in Barry in close proximity to Barry Dock railway station and Barry town centre. The role is an ongoing one with the opportunity to apply for permanent positions as they become available.
