URGENT REQUIREMENT ****Practice Nurse/ All Levels High Wycombe***
Dream Medical are looking for a an experienced locum Practice Nurse to work at a GP surgery in High Wycombe Ongoing locum Practice Nurse 5 days a week, although willing to work around availability. You will be working alongside a dynamic team of GPs, ANPs, Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants to deliver excellent standards of patient care and support to the practice population Child and adult immunisations and vaccinations
Asthma and COPD reviews and monitoring
Simple Dressings
Chronic Disease Management
Cervical Cytology
Spirometry
Diabetes
NHS health checks
Health Promotion and weight loss advice
Smoking Cessation
