We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers while driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mechanical engineering solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on mechanical engineering expertise with proven leadership skills and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
• Provide technical guidance and support for product design, problem-solving, and engineering best practices.
• Provide assistance for the hiring of contractors and permanent staff.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, including the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems or products.
• At least 5 years experience of leading and managing a small engineering team, with strong communication and people management skills.
