As a Station Enquiry Assistant, you will be helping people with a wide variety of enquiries, and supporting our customer with their needs. You will be part of our diverse and dedicated team providing excellent standards of service within a busy, public facing office environment. Further Information

As our ideal candidate, you should be a confident communicator, both written and verbally. You will be able to showcase your administrative and IT skills, and learn new bespoke software packages. Your ability to deal with challenging situations or complex individuals may also prove beneficial for you in this role. Your attention to detail will be imperative, as updating records and writing reports will be your bread and butter. You should also be flexible to commute to various locations within a 30 mile radius, and in some locations there may be a requirement for you to work weekends and/or night shifts. You will need to provide us with your 5 year employment history and have unrestricted right to work in the UK for screening purposes.
