The role: Digital Account Manager
Location: East Lancashire - Hybrid working (3/2 split)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits
* Only candidates that live within a commutable distance of East Lancashire (Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington, Padiham etc) can be considered - NO relocation/sponsorship *
No cold sales. No new business targets. Pure client management and growth.
I'm hiring on behalf of a well-regarded digital agency in East Lancashire. They've got a strong client base, a collaborative team, and a genuine focus on doing great work; not just hitting numbers. This is a role for someone who knows how to own a client relationship, spot growth opportunities, and keep projects moving without constant hand-holding.
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of digital accounts as the primary client contact
- Leading meetings, calls and reviews, comfortable being the face of the relationship
- Monitoring campaign and project performance and translating it into clear recommendations
- Identifying and developing growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborating closely with internal marketing, dev and project delivery teams
What we're looking for
- Solid Digital Account Management or Client Services background
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong communicator, confident with stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially aware, you can spot an upsell opportunity without being pushy about it
- Good working knowledge of digital marketing channels
Bonus points for: Agency-side experience E-commerce or lead generation campaign background Confident presenting performance data and insights
