Information Officer (SO) (Website Management and Social Media Content Creator) - Belfast (Stormont)

Position : Staff Officer (Information Officer)

Pay Rate : £19.59 per hour

Hours : Full-time (37 hours),

The normal conditioned hours of work are full-time: 37 hours net Monday to Friday.
Most offices work flexi-time.

Duration : 4 October 2026 (with possibility of extension)

Start Date : ASAP

Location : Stormont Castle, Stormont Estate, Belfast

Job Duties:

• Engaging with stakeholders to update the website and intranet
• Creating content for social media.
• Ensuring website creation is accessible and compliant.
• Providing general support of the press office team.
• Assist with website monitoring and analysis.
• Involves updating the website and intranet and creating content for social media.

Essential Criteria:

Five CGSEs including English

And

A minimum of one year’s experience in managing the delivery of a quality service, including identifying and implementing improvements to meet the needs of a diverse range of customers.

And

A minimum of one year’s experience in website and intranet management.

And

A minimum of one year’s experience in content creation and providing social media support.

Desired Criteria:

• Experience of website and accessibility and compliance
• Experience of website performance monitoring

*The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration*
