We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team, supporting the delivery of impactful projects in the non-household water market. What you'll be doing As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will:
- Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
- Track performance against KPIs and provide progress updates
- Support communication with key stakeholders including retailers, contractors and business customers
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes
- Help manage day-to-day project activities and governance
- Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute to successful delivery
- Experience in project coordination or administration
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and reporting
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Confidence working with stakeholders and teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Project is a bonus)
- Understanding of the non-household water market or regulated industries
- Experience with process mapping or procurement activities
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability and willingness to take initiative
