This is a senior role for someone who can confidently manage complex, high-value work, bringing structure, precision and excellence to every stage of delivery. This role could be full-time or FTC.

- Manage timelines, budgets and production schedules
- Work closely with creative, design and production teams
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients
- Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail across all work
- Develop and mentor the Projects team
- Improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Why this role
- Opportunity to lead delivery within a respected creative studio
- Work on high-profile, design-led projects
- Influence how projects are delivered at a senior level
- Collaborate with the creative and leadership teams
- Competitive salary and benefits
Key Skills
- Strong project management or production experience within experiential, retail or luxury sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects (£250k–£1m+)
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget ownership
- Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling capability
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across disciplines
- Confident in managing international project delivery
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt under pressure
About You
- Proven experience in a senior project management or producer role
- Background in experiential, retail design, visual merchandising or luxury brand environments
- Highly organised with a process-driven approach to delivery
- Confident in managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Calm, solutions-focused and comfortable under pressure
- Strong communicator who can build trust with clients and teams
- Detail-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Commercially aware and confident in managing budgets and reporting
Why this role
- Opportunity to deliver prestigious, high-profile projects for global luxury brands
- Work within a collaborative, design-led studio environment
- Exposure to technically complex and creatively ambitious work
- Strong team culture at the intersection of design, production and innovation
- Competitive salary, bonus and benefits package
