Leveraged Finance - NQ-7 PQE openings - US Firm
Elite US law firm is looking to recruit lawyers across the NQ to 7 PQE level into their market-leading leveraged finance practice in London. The team advises private equity sponsors, major financial institutions and corporate borrowers on some of the most complex and high-profile cross-border financing transactions in the market.
Successful candidates will have gained strong experience in finance from a leading City, US or international practice. You will possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset and the confidence to work directly with clients on sophisticated domestic and international transactions.
