A large, reputable 11–18 secondary school in Coventry is seeking a confident and highly organised School Administrator to join its central admin team from January 2026 .

About the Role

Working at the heart of the school’s operations office, you will provide professional administrative support across teaching, pastoral and data functions. No two days are the same — this is a busy, varied role suited to someone who thrives in a structured but people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the main inbox and responding to parent, staff and external enquiries
• Producing letters, reports, timetables and newsletters
• Supporting the pastoral team with student records and attendance queries
• Handling sensitive data in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirements
• Liaising with external agencies, supply staff and service providers
• Providing admin support for key school events, including parents’ evenings and CPD days
