In this hands-on position, you will play a vital part in the daily running of a busy educational community. Working alongside the site team and senior leadership, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment where students and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe, secure, and well-presented school site at all times

• Managing day-to-day building maintenance and general upkeep

• Collaborating closely with the site team and senior leadership to ensure smooth school operations

• Fostering a positive, well-maintained environment conducive to learning

What We Are Looking For

• Previous experience as a caretaker, site assistant, or in general maintenance (preferred)

• A foundational understanding of building maintenance and health & safety standards

• A practical, hands-on approach paired with strong problem-solving abilities

• The versatility to work well independently as well as part of a supportive team

• Effective communication and strong organizational skills

• Valid right to work in the UK
