- Employee discounts on parts, servicing, and vehicle purchases Duties of a HGV Technician: - Servicing and repairing a diverse range of heavy vehicles to high industry standards
- Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults on commercial vehicles
- Maintaining accurate service and repair records
- Ensuring all work complies with legal and company standards
- Communicating effectively with customers to provide exceptional service
- Assisting in maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workshop operations Requirements: - Proven experience as an HGV Technician or in a similar heavy vehicle maintenance role
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a team environment
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
