Responsibilities
- Lead complex strategic account programs and client initiatives for long-term growth
- Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies for high-value pharmaceutical customers
- Advise senior commercial and operational leaders on account strategy and investment decisions
- Conduct high-stakes account reviews and executive business reviews with minimal oversight
- Mentor account managers and build reusable account planning tools and engagement frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, or related field
- 8+ years of account management, strategic account management, or client relationship management experience
- Strategic account planning and executive relationship management expertise
- Revenue growth and retention strategy development skills
- Cross-functional leadership and influence capabilities
- Executive communication and presentation proficiency
