Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms preferred
- Data accuracy and quality control experience
- Ability to manage complex customer requirements and escalations
