Part Time Club Lounge Server

Club Lounge Server is responsible for opening and closing of the shift, order taking, serving and preparation of drinks/coffees items and to keep the Lounge neat and tidy at all times. This role involves working 2 different shifts, 16:15-20:30 shifts and 06:15-12:00 with flexible days Essential Functions

• Provide excellent guest service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly, effectively and with confidence.
• Ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
• Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place.
• To be fully conversant with all restaurant/hotels policies and procedures.
• When fully competent, to take ownership of the Club Lounge and work with the Manager to make improvements.
  We are looking for a confident individual who is capable to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team and has a strong desire to improve on their skills and knowledge as well as, Food & Beverage Service Experience required
• Previous experience in a client facing role within a luxury five star environment a distinct advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Ability to handle stress and cope with the pressures of the job as and when they occur
• Ability to deal with and adapt to unexpected situations: complaints, change
• Ability to motivate yourself at quieter times
