Job description

We are looking for a Domestic/Laundry Assistant to join our Limetree Residential team on a full-time contract, 35 hours per week. The shifts are as follows (5 x 7hr shifts) 9am to 4pm, Monday to Sunday. Sponsorship is not available for this role. All successful applicant will be required to comply with the Company Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Laundry Operations.
• Cleaning Duties.
• Resident Care and Confidentiality.
• Communication and Reporting.
• Health and Safety.
• Assist in other departments, as requested by the Home Manager. Perform any other duties deemed reasonable by the Home Manager to support the overall operation of the Home.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Ability to strictly follow safety and cleaning guidelines (e.g., COSHH regulations).
• Good communication skills for interacting with colleagues and residents.

Desirable Skills

• Previous laundry experience in work or in a voluntary setting.
• Previous domestic experience in work or in a voluntary setting.
• Experience working within a Residential/Nursing Home or similar environment.

Further Information

The shifts are days from 9am to 4pm Monday to Sunday. Sponsorship is not available for this role. Full training will be provided.
