Manufacturing Management Trainee (Full‑Time, On‑Site – Omagh, Northern Ireland)
About the Role
Naturelle Consumer Products Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail‑driven Management Trainee, to support our production, and continuous improvement activities. This is a key role in a growing medical & pharmaceutical manufacturing environment — ideal for someone who wants to build a career in operations management.
Our production volumes are increasing, our automation roadmap is accelerating, and we’re strengthening our compliance and supply chain processes. You’ll be joining at a moment of real momentum — where your work will directly shape efficiency, and customer delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate daily operational workflows across production.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
- Support continuous improvement projects (Lean, waste reduction, workflow optimisation)
- Liaise with our warehouse Supervisor, to ensure on time deliveries
- Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance and audits
- Assist with scheduling, inventory control,
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management with Operations or related field
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Confidence using Excel/Sheets for reporting
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, or supply chain
