An outstanding opportunity to join a respected and growing independent firm based in the Blackburn, as a Manager or Senior Manager with compliance focus in their Private Client Tax Services team.

Known for building long-standing relationships with business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and family enterprises, this firm offers a highly personalised approach backed by deep technical knowledge.

As a Private Client Manager, you will:

• Lead a portfolio of private clients including HNWIs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and family-run businesses.
• Deliver tailored tax planning across Income Tax, CGT, IHT, succession planning, and trust structures.
• Oversee and review personal tax compliance work, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
• Manage, mentor and support team members with reviews and technical development.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and local business development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed:

• CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified , with significant experience in UK private client tax.
• Comfortable leading client relationships and managing compliance teams.
• Commercially aware, technically confident, and capable of juggling advisory and compliance work.
• Experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative culture.
