We are a digital agency looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support a simple, structured online recruitment workflow. It’s ideal for a freelancer or VA who wants flexible extra income, predictable weekly work and a low-stress routine that fits around existing clients or other commitments.
There is no cold calling, interviewing or independent writing. We provide the company details, job posts, screening questions and step-by-step instructions. Once you learn the process, the work is straightforward, repeatable and easy to manage, with clear expectations and payment every Monday.
**Responsibilities**
* Post supplied jobs on recruitment websites.
* Monitor incoming applications.
* Send applications and resumes through Microsoft Teams every Friday.
* Send a short Teams update each day you work.
* Follow the supplied workflow and platform rules.

**Paid Trial**
Selected candidates will begin with a one-week paid trial at the normal hourly rate.
The trial involves a small number of real recruitment tasks and allows us to assess accuracy, reliability, communication and your ability to follow the workflow correctly.
Successful candidates can continue into ongoing work.
