Roger Parry has been a trusted name in property across Shropshire and Mid Wales for decades, with an established residential lettings and property management operation based in the heart of Shrewsbury.
This role would suit an individual who enjoys all aspects of lettings — from negotiating tenancies and conducting viewings through to supporting landlords, managing maintenance issues and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
The Opportunity
You will become an integral part of a friendly and supportive team, working across both lettings and property management functions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Supporting property management activities and maintenance coordination
- Carrying out property inspections
- Managing tenancy renewals and related administration
- Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
- Assisting with compliance and legislation requirements
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service at all times
- Supporting the growth of the lettings portfolio through relationship building and proactive service
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Previous experience within residential lettings
- Property management experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- A proactive and professional approach
- The ability to build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Good knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
