Remote Payroll Advisor (Dayforce)
- Process monthly and/or weekly payrolls accurately and within agreed deadlines.
- Validate payroll inputs including salary changes, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits.
- Review and reconcile payroll outputs prior to processing.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Calculate and process statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, and other legislative payments.
- Process new starters, leavers, transfers, and contractual amendments.
- Maintain accurate employee and payroll records within Dayforce.
- Manage payroll workflows, approvals, and transactions within Dayforce.
- Support managers and employees with Dayforce self-service functionality.
- Monitor system data integrity and proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Produce standard and ad hoc payroll reports through Dayforce reporting tools.
- Support Dayforce system upgrades, testing activities, and process enhancements.
- Drive adoption of Dayforce functionality to improve payroll efficiency and employee experience.
