An NHS health agency is seeking a Contract Manager (Band 7) for a 6-month contract.

As Contract Manager, you will be responsible for providing legal and commercial advice on a broad range of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, intellectual property, and commercialisation matters. You will report into the Senior Contracts Manager and Director of Legal Services, as well as overseeing a Contract Administrator.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Contracts professional with significant commercial contracts drafting experience (typically around 3-5 years’ PQE or equivalent). Experience of using legal technology, AI-enabled tools and document software is very desirable.

This is a full time, 6-month temporary role and can be offered on a remote basis, although occasional travel may be required. Depending on experience, you will receive a day rate of between £256 – £269 per day (Umbrella).
