We are hopeful that the tailored and bespoke interventions that we design and deliver will help to re-engage thousands of children across the country in the coming years.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the daily point of contact for Commissioners, Parents/Carers, and Practitioners throughout the referral and intervention lifecycle.
- Manage referrals from receipt to intervention start, aligning the right Practitioner to each student.
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of Live interventions including timetabling, compliance checks, communications and incident response.
- Monitor and maintain up-to-date, accurate student data across internal and external systems.
- Escalate safeguarding concerns in line with policy, working closely with the Regional Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Lead weekly Planning and Risk assessment checks to ensure high-quality and safe intervention preparation.
- Review and approve session evaluation reports for Commissioners, ensuring clarity, quality and timeliness.
- Provide regular updates at review and multi-agency meetings.
- Support Practitioners with guidance and case information to help them deliver high-quality support.
- Set up and manage student files, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to a team culture that is proactive, driven, and responsive to the needs of vulnerable students.
- Represent Nudge Education with professionalism and care in all communications.
- Participate in relevant training and continuous professional development.
- Promote and model the ethos of Nudge Education in all aspects of your work.
Requirements:
- Experience of managing caseloads and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Minimum GCSE Grade C/ Grade 4 in English and Mathematics.
- Highly organised and efficient with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
- Confident in managing relationships and seeing tasks through.
- Passionate about helping people re-engage with life and learning.
Benefits:
- Hybrid role working between office & home (3 days per week office based)
- Access to Health and Wellbeing services and benefits
- Excellent CPD and learning opportunities

- Location: Preferably Head Office, Newcastle (but will consider other locations)
