This role is essential for supporting our clinical trials involving Japanese-speaking participants, ensuring high standards of data integrity and volunteer safety. Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact and translator for Japanese-speaking volunteers during clinical trials.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Trial Master File (TMF) and other study-specific documentation.
- Support the clinical team with volunteer recruitment, screening, and informed consent processes.
- Ensure all trial activities are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines and UK regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate study schedules and logistics to ensure efficient trial execution.
- Translate clinical documents, including consent forms and participant information sheets, from English to Japanese and vice versa.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in clinical research or a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
