The Role

As a member of our hospitality bar team, you will be the face of our hospitality service.

Responsibilities include:

· Deliver outstanding customer service to hospitality and VIP guests

· Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally

· Work confidently in a busy, high-energy environment

· Bring a positive attitude and great team spirit to every shift

· Delivering a seamless, five-star customer experience.

· Support colleagues and adapt quickly during busy periods

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism

Skills & Experience

We are looking for individuals who:

· Have a minimum of one years hospitality bar experience

· Minimum age of 18

· Demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service

· Thrive in fast paced, high-volume environments

· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Show strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

· Can multitask and perform confidently under pressure
