We have several exciting full-time opportunities available, with a particular demand for English and Maths Teachers with SEMH experience , although applications from teachers of all subject specialisms are welcome. These roles are ideal for educators who are committed to making a lasting difference to the lives of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs . Experience working with students who have experienced trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), or challenging behaviour is highly desirable. The Role: * Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of students with SEMH.
* Build positive, trusting relationships that support students' academic and personal development.
* Use effective behaviour management strategies and a trauma-informed approach to teaching.
* Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for students. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching within secondary education or specialist settings.
* A subject specialism in English or Maths is highly desirable, although all subject backgrounds will be considered.
* Experience supporting students with SEMH needs , challenging behaviour, or traumatic backgrounds.
* Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to remain calm, consistent, and compassionate.
