Learning Mentor (Alternative Provision)
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £92.56 - £95.00 per day

We are seeking a professional, resilient, and empathetic Learning Mentor to join our alternative provision team in Plymouth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting students as they navigate their educational journey, helping them re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their true potential.
What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Re-engagement Support: Provide dedicated, 1:1 or small group support to young people, helping them smoothly transition back into a classroom setting.
- Tailored Strategies: Develop and implement personalised approaches to facilitate effective learning, emotional regulation, and academic progress.
- Holistic Collaboration: Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a cohesive, supportive network for every student.
- Community Enrichment: Facilitate learning experiences outside the classroom, taking students out into the community for educational development and social enrichment.

- Mobility: A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role to support community-based learning.
