We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Administration Team based in Huntingdon.

Position
As an Administrator you will be responsible for a portfolio of Schools, Academies and Multi-Academy Trusts. You will support them with all aspects of contractual HR administration; provide customers with an efficient and responsive service and respond to their HR administration enquiries, along with other HR issues in a professional manner, escalating when appropriate to a senior colleague.
Duties include but not limited to -
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Ensure all employee files are up to date and maintained in line with GDPR and safeguarding regulations.
- Support in the coordination of training and development initiatives for school staff.
- Handle employee queries and escalate as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills; particularly Microsoft Excel
- Highly organised with great attention to detail, delivering quality work to deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines
- Great communication skills and ability to work with staff across all levels
