Community Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care
Location: Ilford, Essex
Shifts: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday nights - 21:00-07:00
Pay Rates (including holiday pay):
- Nights: £19.15 per hour
- Weekends: £21.22 per hour

We are recruiting experienced, reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join a dedicated team providing ongoing night support to an adult female within her own home. Working alongside another competent carer, you will support with medication administration, enteral feeding , and moving & handling , ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care throughout the night.

We offer full training, paid shadow shifts, and regular ongoing night work , making this an ideal role for caring individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding community care.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking healthcare assistants who are:
· Compassionate and resilient , with a genuine passion for person-centered care.
· Experienced in UK care (minimum 12 months ).
· Skilled in key areas such as:
- Exposure to clinical complex care
- Personal care
- Manual handling
