Key Actions
- Lead end to end hiring across a broad portfolio of roles, bringing a strategic, high-quality approach from brief to offer
- Champion a candidate experience that is thoughtful, inclusive, well-paced, and reflective of the Vitality brand at every stage
- Use market insight, data, and judgement to influence decisions, manage expectations, and help leaders secure the best talent in competitive markets
- Build strong relationships across our globally based People teams and business leadership, to deliver a connected and commercially aware recruitment service
- Proactively source and engage diverse talent, using creative search techniques and long-term pipeline thinking for harder to fill and business-critical roles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working so that we keep raising the bar on quality, efficiency and experience
