Key Actions

• Lead end to end hiring across a broad portfolio of roles, bringing a strategic, high-quality approach from brief to offer
• Champion a candidate experience that is thoughtful, inclusive, well-paced, and reflective of the Vitality brand at every stage
• Use market insight, data, and judgement to influence decisions, manage expectations, and help leaders secure the best talent in competitive markets
• Build strong relationships across our globally based People teams and business leadership, to deliver a connected and commercially aware recruitment service
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent, using creative search techniques and long-term pipeline thinking for harder to fill and business-critical roles
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working so that we keep raising the bar on quality, efficiency and experience

• Credibility and presence, you can build confidence quickly with mid to senior stakeholders and are comfortable influencing at pace
• Commercial and strategic thinking, you understand how hiring supports business performance and can align recruitment activity to broader priorities
• Strong end to end Talent Acquisition expertise, you bring experience managing varied roles and delivering quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment
• The confidence to challenge constructively, you know how to ask the right questions, shape thinking, and keep standards high
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you connect well with people, communicate with clarity, and create trust through your approach
• A passion for exceptional experience, you care deeply about delivering a recruitment journey that works for candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues alike
