- Confident in delivering adult audiology assessment and rehabilitation
- Keen to support others through training, mentorship and shared learning
- Organised, proactive and able to take ownership of project work
- Enthusiastic about shaping and improving Audiology service
- Provide standard audiological assessment and rehabilitation for adults, delivering high-quality clinical care across the Audiology service.
- Support, train and mentor junior members of staff, helping to develop skills, confidence and clinical excellence within the team.
- Lead specific tasks or projects within your area of expertise, contributing your specialist knowledge to enhance service quality.
- Take an active role in service development, identifying opportunities to improve pathways, processes and patient experience.
