Campaigns and Operations Assistant

Britain Remade is the UK's leading pro-growth campaign, with over 40,000 supporters. We combine policy research with modern campaigning to tackle Britain's biggest challenges, from housing and infrastructure to clean energy and economic growth.

We're looking for a Campaigns and Operations Assistant to support our campaigns team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in politics, campaigning and public policy.

You'll help organise events across the country, support campaign delivery, carry out research, maintain our CRM, liaise with stakeholders and assist with digital communications. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in helping Britain Remade deliver campaigns that get Britain building again.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable building relationships with supporters, speakers and external stakeholders.
• Willing to travel around the UK and occasionally work outside normal office hours to support events.
• Interested in politics, public policy, communications or campaigning.

Experience of organising events, producing digital content or supporter communications, or working in campaigning, public affairs, a charity or a think tank would be an advantage, but we're primarily looking for someone with enthusiasm, strong judgement and a willingness to learn.
