Human Resources Assistant Manager - Jersey

We are reaching out with an exciting opportunity for a specialist HR individu al to join our client as a Human Resources Assistant Manager, based in Jersey. This permanent position will see you play a key role in supporting and shaping the HR function within our client's team, contributing to effective people management, smooth HR operations, and a positive workplace culture. Our client is ideally looking for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional who can combine hands-on operational support with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Key Skills and Experience

• HR Experience – Able to support or lead HR initiatives, handle day-to-day HR operations, and assist in managing processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

• Human Resources / Personnel Expertise – Familiar with core HR practices and procedures, including maintaining accurate personnel records, supporting policy implementation, and ensuring HR activities align with organisational objectives .

• Knowledge of Jersey Employment Environment – Understanding or interest in the Jersey employment landscape, enabling you to support HR practices that are appropriate for the local context and workforce. Applicants must hold entitled/entitled to work status to be eligible to apply for this role.
