light up the studio, inspire confidence, and help our members move, sweat, and smile.

About the role

As a Dance/Zumba Instructor, you’ll deliver energetic, high-quality group exercise classes that motivate members of all abilities.
You’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive atmosphere and helping people enjoy being active.

What you’ll be doing

* Delivering engaging Dance/Zumba classes for a range of abilities
* Creating a welcoming, inclusive and high-energy class environment
* Helping members build confidence and enjoy exercise
* Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and professionalism
* Supporting wider class programmes and helping grow participation

What we’re looking for

* A recognised Dance, Exercise to Music or Zumba qualification
* Experience delivering group exercise classes (desirable)
* Confident, enthusiastic and able to engage a wide range of customers
* A genuine passion for health, fitness and community wellbeing
* A positive, reliable and team-focused approach
