Need expert to clean and optimize my computer system

Hi there, I’m looking for a knowledgeable tech to help clean up and optimize my computer. It’s running slowly, has some old software, and I’d like a thorough cleanup including disk cleanup, removing unnecessary files, updating security, organizing startup programs, and ensuring backups are set up. I prefer someone who can explain what they’re doing in plain language and can work with Windows 10/11. If you have malware removal experience or can recommend performance improvements, that would be a plus. I’d like a on-site visit or remote session depending on what’s practical.
