Pay: £95–£110 per day (depending on experience)

Smile Education is recruiting passionate Level 2 and Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support welcoming primary schools across Hyde and surrounding areas .

The Role As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) .
- Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities.
- Provide one-to-one and small group support .
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children with SEND where required.
- Prepare classroom resources and assist with daily classroom activities.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification .
- A minimum of 6 months' UK experience working in a primary school or nursery.
- Experience supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND (desirable).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Competitive daily pay of £95–£110 .

- Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification .
- Have at least 6 months' UK classroom or nursery experience .
- Be able to provide two years of professional references .
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service , or be willing to obtain one through Smile Education.
- Have the Right to Work in the UK (please note that sponsorship is not available).
- Do not have a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Do not have UK classroom or nursery experience.
- Do not have the Right to Work in the UK.
- Are unable to provide professional references.
