Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor – 5+ PQE
Southampton | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm and become part of a growing Dispute Resolution team.
The role offers the chance to handle a varied and high-quality caseload, working on complex and high-value commercial disputes across areas including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, insolvency and professional negligence.
The Role:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Work alongside senior lawyers on complex, high-value disputes
- Advise a diverse range of clients on contentious commercial matters
- Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
- Prepare cases for court, mediation and other forms of ADR
- Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development
About You:
- 5+ years' PQE with solid commercial litigation experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Confident dealing directly with clients
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- A collaborative team player with the ambition to develop your career
