Principal Teacher - Learning & Inclusion Team , Braehead Primary - SOA13021

The Principal Teacher will be responsible for the overview of all Ukrainian pupils in South Ayrshire schools, allocating appropriate resource, assessing need and assisting schools in the next steps through education for each individual.

They will also be responsible for the allocation of staff, planning appropriate interventions and assessing when support required increase of reduction for individuals.

They will report to central education teams with regular updates on progress and attainment.

REQUIREMENTS

This post is considered to be Regulated Work with children as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act 2007. Accordingly, the preferred candidate will be required to become a member of the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update if already a Scheme member, prior to any formal offer of employment being made.
