We are looking for a Head of Fundraising Operations and Strategy to join our Fundraising team.

Title:  Head of Fundraising Operations and Strategy

Salary: £65,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location:   Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London

A key member of the fundraising senior management team, the Head of Fundraising Operations and Strategy will deliver the fundraising operations strategy to ensure sector leading support of the fundraising teams at Anthony Nolan. Encompassing prospect research alongside case for support, supporter experience and supporter care this critical role will help drive fundraising growth with a focus on High Value income.

We’re looking for:

• Practical management experience of prospect research, fundraising database management, or gift management

• Business partnering across fundraising and the interface between key operational functions within the charity such as finance, tech, legal and comms

• Proven record of leading and motivating a team, ideally within a fundraising operations team

• An understanding of high value fundraising and experience of Campaign Development

• A strategic thinker, responsible for ensuring the Fundraising Strategic

plan is on track
