Production Operative required in Ledbury, paying £13.00 per hour, Temporary Ongoing, Weekly Rotating morning and afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday)
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well established and manufacturer of frozen products based in Ledbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team on a temporary ongoing basis, with full-time hours and weekly rotating shifts. Due to the nature of the products, you will be working in a chilled environment with temperatures typically between 1°C and 3°C. The Role:

- As a Production Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking stock from designated locations and supplying production areas.
- Replenishing stock to ensure continuous production.
- Packing products efficiently and accurately on the production line.
- Checking product weights meet required specifications.
- Carrying out quality control checks to company standards.
- Labelling products with the correct batch codes and information.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in chilled conditions (0°C to 4°C).
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Flexible to work the weekly rotating shift pattern.
- Weekly Rotating Monday to Friday Shifts:
- Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00 (37.5 hours)
- Week 2: 14:00 - 22:30 (40 hours)
- £13.00 per hour
