Job Description Electrical Assembly Technician / Peterborough / up to £45,000 Full-Time / Permanent / 37.5 hours per week 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays / Comprehensive Pension Scheme / Private Medical Insurance / Life Assurance / and much more! Full training on our products is planned into our Induction. This position is based 100% at our site in Peterborough Service Centre, which is home to a large-scale regeneration facility as well as the base for a fleet of over 100 mobile water treatment units, primarily fixed within trailers and containers. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Experience in industrial electrical works
Experience wiring and fault finding PLC controlled equipment Desirable: City and Guilds 2391 - Electrical testing and inspection
Passport to Safety or equivalent Personal Attributes: Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

- Fabrication, installation, and documentation of electrical systems
- Working with single-phase, three-phase, low-voltage and extra low voltage electrical circuits
- Preparation and termination of electrical circuits
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Troubleshooting electrical instrumentation and mechanical equipment and presenting technical solutions to address these issues
- Configuration of instrumentation
- Testing electrical systems incorporating PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and relays
- Commissioning of special build equipment, electrically and mechanically
- Maintaining the quality of all products, performing incoming and outgoing quality control tests, inspections, and repair of all plant and field equipment
- Electrical inspection and testing (EIC, EICR and PAT)
