Estate Agency Valuer – Bristol

Basic Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 | OTE: £40,000 – £45,000

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established estate agency in Bristol, who is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Valuer to join their successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious estate agency professional who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and converting valuations into instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations.

• Win new instructions and develop new business opportunities.

• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.

• Follow up valuations and convert leads into instructions.

• Monitor the local property market and competitor activity.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve branch targets.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous estate agency experience, ideally in a Valuer or Senior Negotiator role.

• Strong knowledge of the Bristol property market.

• Proven ability to win instructions and generate new business.

• Confident, personable and an excellent communicator.

• Target-driven with a proactive approach to business development.

• Full UK driving licence.
