We're partnering with an innovative social-first creative agency to find a highly organised and solutions-focused Producer to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Producer, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of social-first content, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

From managing always-on content calendars to coordinating large-scale asset delivery across multiple markets, you'll be the driving force behind smooth, efficient production. You'll work closely with internal teams, creators, freelancers and external partners to keep projects running seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the production and delivery of high-volume social content across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Coordinating creative workflows from briefing through to final delivery.
• Building and managing production schedules, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborating with creatives, strategists, designers, editors and account teams to ensure projects stay on track.
• Managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the production process.
• Overseeing versioning, localisation and adaptation of creative assets for different markets and platforms.
• Identifying production efficiencies and continuously improving ways of working.
• Managing external suppliers, freelancers and production partners where required.
• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

About You

You'll ideally have:

• Experience producing high-volume creative assets within a social, creative or integrated agency.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience delivering content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta and LinkedIn.
• A solid understanding of social-first production workflows and content formats.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and resource planning.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional work.
