Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Start Date: 7th September

We are looking for Recruitment Administrators to support a major overspill recruitment project. Based at our Northampton office, you will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding warehouse operatives to meet high-volume staffing requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting pre-screening interviews with candidates

• Processing online registrations

• Carrying out compliance and right-to-work checks

• Managing candidate records and documentation

• Providing general recruitment and administrative support

• Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns for warehouse operatives

About You

• Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable working in a busy office environment

• Excellent attention to detail

• Previous recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential

• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a high workload
